POSITION: ACCOUNT PAYABLE LOCATION:SAN ANTONIO, TXHOURS: FULL TIMECOMPENSATION: COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCEABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking an Account Payable to join the ATG North America Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful management team in a unique industry. This position will strengthen the existing accounting department.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Prints and forwards checks and ACH batches to appropriate parties for approval.
  • Distributes signed checks as required with proper remittance.
  • Acts as liaison between corporate office and venues.
  • Answers all vendor inquiries.
  • Maintains all accounts payable files, vendor information, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Assists corporate financial officers and venue personnel as necessary.
  • Performs research as necessary for accounting department.
  • Assembles and processes overnight shipments to venues.
  • Assists in monthly closings.
  • Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
  • Performs accurate filing and coping timely.
  • EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
    • Bonus points for cost accounting experience
    • Proficient software skills, advanced Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to work overtime as needed as deadlines require
