POSITION: ACCOUNT PAYABLE LOCATION:SAN ANTONIO, TXHOURS: FULL TIMECOMPENSATION: COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCEABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking an Account Payable to join the ATG North America Finance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful management team in a unique industry. This position will strengthen the existing accounting department.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

Prints and forwards checks and ACH batches to appropriate parties for approval.

Distributes signed checks as required with proper remittance.

Acts as liaison between corporate office and venues.

Answers all vendor inquiries.

Maintains all accounts payable files, vendor information, reports, and spreadsheets

Assists corporate financial officers and venue personnel as necessary.

Performs research as necessary for accounting department.

Assembles and processes overnight shipments to venues.

Assists in monthly closings.

Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

Performs accurate filing and coping timely.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

• Bonus points for cost accounting experience
• Proficient software skills, advanced Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work overtime as needed as deadlines require
