Location: all cities,ND, USA
A successful Accounts Payable Specialist thinks critically and logically; effectively manages competing priorities; possess strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; communicates well both verbally and in writing; and is flexible and highly dependable. This position ensures the timely payment of invoices, ensuring the accuracy of the entire process as it relates to vendor payment, processing of purchase orders, receiving, invoices and payment of invoices.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Location: This position is ON-SITE (1929 Hancock Drive Bismarck, ND)
Wage: $19/hour-$24/hour (Depends on Experience)
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Reviewing invoices for proper coding and approval
* Collect & Manage Source Documents pertaining to Accounts Payable
* Reconcile vendor statements
* Correspond with vendors
* Gather required documents from subcontractors for 1099 year-end creation
* Prepare vendor payments for approval
* Assist in audits by providing records and documentation related to Accounts Payable
Job Qualifications:
* Associates degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of combined experience in Accounts Payable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and with Preferred experience with SAGE
* Ability to gather and analyze data
