Your role will involve overseeing accounts payable processes, verifying and processing payments, and collaborating with various teams on related conceptsEssential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Reconciling appropriate invoice using the three-way match (PO, Receiving, Invoice)
  • Analyzing workflow processes
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Review, analyze and respond to vendor inquiries and perform vendor statement and account reconciliations
  • Assist in streamlining the AP process
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze and interpret financial data
  • Charge expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Assist in modifications of daily reports to increase efficiency

Skills and AbilitiesIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Three to Five (3-5) years' experience in accounts payable
  • In-Depth knowledge of accounts payable principles and their relationship with accounting principles
  • Experience with reconciling a three-way match (PO, Receiving, Invoice)
  • Deltek/Cost Point experience
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel)
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player, have a can do attitude
Education
  • Associate's degree in accounting required, bachelor's degree, a plus
