Solomon Page has partnered with a well known media brand located in Houston, TX seeking a talented Accounts Payable specialist to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This role requires experience with large ERP systems (such as Netsuite or Dynamics 365) as well as at least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Pay Range: $22/hr - $28/hr (Based on skillset)
Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices (high volume/fast paced)
- 3-way match, batch, code invoices
- Manage the invoice inbox and keep an eye for discrepancies
- Assist with month end close procedures
- Ad hoc accounting assignments
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years minimum accounting experience
- Experience in large ERP systems (such as Netsuite or Dynamics 365
- BA in Business is a plus not a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in fast paced environments with high accuracy
