Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana for contract to hire. Responsibilities

  • Daily financial and administrative support including verification and recording of expenses and payables for multiple locations
  • Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor with reconciliations, credit cards, customer support
  • Match and process high volume invoices; route invoices to management for approval
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and manage vendor accounts
  • Calculate, post transactions, process invoices and verify financial data
  • Month-end reconciliations
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports and recording entries
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or related field
  • A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience working in PeopleSoft and ImageNow
