Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing Accounts Payable: Using accounting software to handle accounts payable for various entities and vendors.
- Invoice Processing: Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices for payment.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Vendor Relations: Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Expense Monitoring: Monitoring company expenses and ensuring timely payments to vendors
Qualifications: •Associates degree or equivalent and/or 2+ years related experience or a combination •Proficiency in ERP systems and AP software; Syteline experience a plus •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail •Excellent communication skills for vendor interaction and internal team collaboration
