Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
Invoice Processing: Accurately key invoices into Oracle, ensuring all data is entered correctly and promptly.
Purchase Order Verification: Verify that all invoices match corresponding purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Vendor Communication : Communicate with vendors to address any invoice-related issues or discrepancies.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and provide support during audits.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement and finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Hard Skills
