JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position available for an accounts payable specialist in our Finance department. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable invoices and paying vendors; assisting with processing credit card statements; assisting with verifying expense reports; reconciling other appropriate accounting data; maintaining accounting department files; and helping with other tasks in the Finance department as needed. The successful candidate will have an associate degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting or Business and at least three months of relevant experience in accounting while using computerized accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: Processing accounts payable invoices and paying vendors Processing expense reports Accounting software (Deltek Vision preferred) Processing and reconciling credit card statements Working with employees at other locations throughout the country/team collaboration Troubleshooting accounts payable and expense report coding errors Process documentation If you have strong time management, communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the online application process for this job posting at www.meadhunt.com/careers.
