Accounts Payable SpecialistOsceola, WI ( is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to Process invoices and make recommendations for payment. Responsible for data entry, collection of data, running reports, researching, and resolving payable discrepancies, record keeping, and special projects as needed. This position will work with a diverse group of internal contacts and outside customers and suppliers. Importance will be placed on the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSets up invoices for payment of due accounts and maintains records of payments; reviews invoices and check requests related to payable accountsInvestigates discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices from vendors; resolves issues; vouches invoices and processes for paymentProcesses weekly payments via ACH, check run and wire transfersFollows up with vendors on issues related to accounts payable and maintains good relationships with themPrepares monthly A/P accrualsPrepares and maintains accounts payable reports and corrects discrepancies in the reportsCodes and enters weekly employee expense reports and processes paymentSets up new vendors and maintains existing vendor information in the filesPrepares annual 1099'sRead and interpret documents such as invoices, packing slips, purchase orders, expense reports, and company instructions and procedure manualsPrecisely captures information to complete work accurately; Ensures that information is always reviewed; Focuses on smaller elements and finer points of material or processesResponds promptly to vendorRequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1+ year related experience.Strong numeracy and analytical skills.Good problem-solving and time management skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/ExcelEDUCATIONAssociates degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceLOCATIONOnsiteSCHEDULEM-FCADREX'S CORE VALUESSafety first, rising to the challenge, collaboration, accountability, and doing the right thing.ABOUT USCADREX Manufacturing Solutions is a leading provider of complex sheet metal and machined production parts, assemblies, and weldments for a variety of end markets, including electrical transmission and distribution, warehouse automation, technology, aerospace & defense, medical, food, and industrials.
