Accounts Payable Specialist
The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) was established in 1974 to better respond to the County's need for affordable housing. HOC is authorized to acquire, own, lease, and operate housing; to provide for the construction or renovation of housing; obtain financial assistance from any public or private source to assist its housing activities; and arrange for social services, resident services, and daycare.
Job Description
This position will monitor assigned accounts to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of payments. Obtain appropriate approval of invoices and review for accuracy of information. Coordinate activities of A/P Department when the supervisor is out of the office.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience: Requires at least three years of accounts payable experience.
Education: Requires two years of college or technical certificate.
Licenses and Certification Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*Grade 18: Min: $53,583 - Mid: $70,079 - Max: $86,655 | Salary determined by departmental budget- Offer commensurate with experience
