Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing all daily transactions within SAP. The role involves processing payments in a timely manner, ensuring that backups correspond to checks produced, and communicating professionally with business partners regarding any related discrepancies in the flow of accounts payable. The position also requires performing a three-way match.ResponsibilitiesProcess all daily transactions within SAP.Ensure timely processing of payments.Verify that backups correspond to checks produced.Communicate professionally with business partners regarding any related discrepancies.Perform three-way match for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.Interact with integrity and professionalism with all departments.Assume ownership and accountability for all actions, adhering to company and department values.Demonstrate team-player skills with the ability to solve problems, avoid conflict, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.Essential Skills3+ years of Accounts Payable experience within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in SAP.Basic Excel skills.Experience with three-way matching.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic use of Excel for ad hoc reports.3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience within a manufacturing environment.Work EnvironmentThis position is based at a manufacturing site.
