Overview for the Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

As the Accounts Payable specialist, you'll handle a range of tasks vital to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our client's financial goals. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the entire AP process from invoice receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary contact for vendors, addressing questions and handling payment inquiries.
• Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgets and organizational policies.
• Generate reports to assist with month-end close and support the accounting team.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
