- Responsible for processing invoices, reconciling discrepancies , preparing payments, maintain records, communicate and work with vendors, assist with audits.
- Minimum of 3 years as a AP specialist or in accounting
- Associates of Bachelors degree in Accounting a plus
- Proficiency in MS suites,
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work in a faster pace office.
