Accounts Payable Supervisor As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Accounting Team in Mechanicsburg plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home As a Accounts Payable Supervisor at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by leading the Accounts Payable team by overseeing the processing of all invoices for payment while ensuring each is processed in accordance with the Accounts Payable business guidelines, policies, and procedures.We are on a mission to do something that has never been done before - to build the first nationwide home remodeling brand. - Oversee vendor setups, accurately establishing and modifying vendor information within the accounts payable system to ensure it complies with the IRS regulations and in accordance with the West Shore Home policies and procedures.
- Manage daily and monthly reporting of processing volumes in effectively allocated resources.
- Supervise the accounts payable team to include conducting candidate interviews, monthly one-on-ones, ensuring time and attendance is reported accurately for team members, mentoring team and discipline.
- Complete the year-end preparation and review of vendor 1099 forms and submission to the IRS.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and attention to detail including time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-energy, and highly team-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Financial Force preferred.
