We're looking for an A/R Specialist with specialized experience in billing for ortho and spine specialties to help drive our continued growth and success. In this role, you will work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team, handling billing for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) as well as ortho and spine procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in medical billing who thrives in a fast-paced, inclusive, and high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, including the accurate billing of ortho and spine related services within ASCs. Work closely with clinical staff and insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining compliance with all regulations related to ortho and spine billing. Reconcile accounts and perform necessary adjustments to ensure accurate reporting. To be successful in this role, you'll need at least two years of hands-on experience in A/R billing, specifically with ortho and spine services, along with a strong understanding of the nuances of ASC billing. You'll also need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
