In this role, you will work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team, handling billing for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) as well as ortho and spine procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, including the accurate billing of ortho and spine related services within ASCs.
• Work closely with clinical staff and insurance companies to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims, escalating issues when necessary, and maintaining compliance with all regulations related to ortho and spine billing.
• Reconcile accounts and perform necessary adjustments to ensure accurate reporting.

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least two years of hands-on experience in A/R billing, specifically with ortho and spine services, along with a strong understanding of the nuances of ASC billing. You'll also need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
