Job Description:

We are currently seeking applicants for an Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist role. This role is responsible for managing the billing and receivables during the entire lifecycle of a sale. An ideal candidate will have strong receivables experience, experience managing sales orders, and processing billing. Job Duties:

  • Working with the sales managers and project managers, track all orders from the point of sale to the collections of payment
  • Approve, place, receive, and track all payments
  • Weekly check-ins for all orders and update teams on progress
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal team to resolve billing issues
  • Process all necessary documents prior to creating invoices
  • Entering purchases into NetSuite, bill based on different account terms
  • Work with assigned clients to ensure correct invoicing
  • Prepare weekly AR Aging report to be presented to management
  • Process corrections and write-offs as required
  • Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of work
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with internal and external customers
  • NetSuite system experience preferred
  • Ability to adhere to client billing deadlines
