Mechanical has provided a full range of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, drain cleaning, and environmental services to commercial, industrial and residential customers.Accounts Receivable (AR) SpecialistResponsibilitiesPrepare & execute accounts receivable (AR) billings in accordance with customer contract or company standard ratesPrepare & send monthly accounts receivable (AR) statementsAccounts Receivable (AR) cash receipt postingComplete weekly/monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports, reconciliation, and journal entries as neededAccounts Receivable (AR) collections per Company policyAssist customers with invoice related questionsLiaison with appropriate team members for proper approvalsAssist management with month-end and year-end closings related to accounts receivable (AR)Review unbilled AR work statusGeneral administrative duties and accounting functions as assignedMinimum Qualifications Education/ExperienceHigh School diploma or GED0-1 years' experience in accounts receivable (AR), billing, or relatedPreferred QualificationsConstruction / Mechanical / Service accounts receivable (AR) industry experienceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentVerbal & written communication skillsAttention to detail and organizationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & OutlookAbility to work as a team player*** REWARDING YOUR PERFORMANCE *** Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceCompany paid vacation and holidaysCompany health care, vision, & dental benefits401k plan with Company matchCompany paid life insuranceEducation and training provided with monetary incentives available for education courses completedEligible for performance and company-based bonusesG.E.
