Job DetailsJob Location Tulsa - Skyline East II - Tulsa, OK Position Type Full Time Education Level HS Diploma/GED Description This position is responsible and held accountable for the following duties:
  • Create County Error Lists
  • Assists counties in correcting errors associated with the error list daily or no later than deadline set forth by the Revenue Cycle Administrator
  • Run all edit reports and check thoroughly for accuracy
  • Create Agency charges weekly
  • Produce electronic billing and HCFA-1500 billing on a regular frequency as prescribed by the Revenue Cycle Administrator
  • Ensure Medicaid billing is received by OHCA billing vendor each billing cycle
  • Reconcile Medicaid billing import
  • Write-Offs as necessary or as requests are received from county clinics as designated
  • Serve as liaison between Administrative Office and remote sites to provide support for Error List issues
  • Continuously update Reimbursement Department Procedures/Instructions
  • Review the A/R Correction Folder bi-weekly and process the corrections as needed
  • Process refunding and back out of refund from A/R System, upon approval of supervisor, and submit to Accounts Payable Department
  • Order Accounts Receivable Forms and other miscellaneous supplies
  • Participate in staff meetings
  • Medicaid refunds, as necessary
  • Monthly department close out
  • Maintain MCD billing sheet on weekly basis
  • Run monthly audit reports for Auditor/CPA
  • EOM reports
  • Reconcile Electronic MCD remits weekly
  • Serve as backup to the MIS/Reimbursement Coordinator
  • Monthly report for MCR by reporting unit
  • Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested
  • Must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job requirement.
  • Must meet satisfactory expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation. Quality of work will be evaluated through training, skill, or special purpose. Must be competent and adequate.

QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a High School Diploma. At least two (2) years experience in Accounts Receivable. Must be proficient in a Windows Environment as well as Microsoft Applications.
