Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for one of our customers located in San Francisco, California. The position is hybrid. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer invoices and statements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Post and reconcile daily deposits to customer accounts.
  • Contact customers for outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports to management.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
  • Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related role.
  • Experience with Netsuite preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel Intermediate).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience: 2 years of Accounts Receivable experienceEmployment Type: Temporary

    Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
