Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Entering cash payments received from customers into our ERP system.
  • Pull and review customer's cash payment remittances from customer's portal.
  • Scan A/R invoices, checks and supporting documentation into the document imaging system.
  • Responsible for working with customers/brokers to resolve issues that may occur with payments received from customers.
  • EDI customer invoice verification, review A/R batches and distribution of batches to appropriate division.
  • Assist with special projects as needed by the Financial Controller.

An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable. Individual needs strong analytical, organizational and communication skills that is appropriate for the position. Individual must have strong Excel and Word skills and be familiar with automated accounting systems.
