Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a non-profit organization to fill an open-ended temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk position. The position will require someone to work five days per week in Downtown, Brooklyn. This is a lighter level role that would be a great opportunity to gain or develop your experience in Accounts Receivable. At times, the Accounting team may have you assist in other areas as well. Please read on for additional details! Responsibilities:
- Working with Accounts Receivable team to process incoming payments and log to correct accounts in ERP system
- Assisting with reporting such as cash flow, delinquent payments, etc
- Assisting the Accounts Payable team with invoice processing and entry as needed
- Ad-hoc AR or AP projects as needed
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in some area of accounting (AP, AR, Billing, etc) is required
Hours/Schedule:
- 9 - 5:30 PM (30 min unpaid lunch)
- 5 days per week in office - Downtown, Brooklyn

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
