Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob Description
Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing incoming mail for payments, distributing checks, and completing end-to-end processes. You will work collaboratively with other AR personnel and our offshore team, utilizing internal tracking tools in SharePoint. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
+ Receive incoming mail for payments.
+ Distribute checks to appropriate personnel.
+ Process checks and complete end-to-end processes.
+ Work with other AR personnel in Loveland and with the offshore team.
+ Utilize internal tracking tools in SharePoint.
+ Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Accounts receivable management.
