Accepting Applications until filled.Starting Salary Range $43,573 - $59,283Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for the daily accounts receivable processing function, including processing daily deposits, matching daily deposits to invoices, creating monthly ad hoc invoices, monitoring accounts receivable balances and communicating with internal and external business partners. As needed, creating and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records. Other responsibilities include verifying invoices and deposits are coded accurately.Essential Job Duties:
- Process daily deposits in Accounts Receivable (AR) System and General Ledger System (GL), including reviews GL for coding accuracy.
- Process monthly and ad hoc invoices.
- Communicates with both internal and external business partners to research and resolve issues as needed.
- Analyzes data and reports any problems or discrepancies to management.
- Creates and maintains accurate records, including deposit files.
- Reconciles GL accounts for Month and Year-ends.
- Prepares Month-end and Year-end accruals.
- Prepares reclassing journal entries.
- Records statistical info in AR System.

- Maintains regular and on-time attendance.
- Follows all safety regulations.
