  • Handle all Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including processing and postingcustomer payments.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor AR balances and follow up on overdue accounts, collaborating withcustomers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account reconciliations.
  • Keep track of sales groups commission income and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Support the accounting team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable or other accounting functions is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, and written).
  • Timely and accurate task completion.
  • Flexibility and prioritization skills, ability to manage workload and participate in various projects or group initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and conducting business professionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business with multiple stores, a warehouse, and e-commerce sites.
Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-site work located in Robinson Township, PA at our National Operations, Support & Distribution Center.
