About Our Client Leading cosmetics products manufacturer based in Bellport. This role is 5 days/week in Bellport and offers potential for FTE within 6 months.
Job Description This role will involve:
- Generate weekly open balance report
- Research deductions by obtaining back up documents to determine validity
- Issue the adjustment for valid claims & returned merchandise
- Bill back customers for invalid deductions
- Notify salesperson & appropriate departments of the bill back
- Bring all issues that appear irreconcilable to supervisor's attention
