DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Dayton, Ohio. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be handling various tasks such as posting cash receipts, reviewing tenant accounts, and providing backup for collections within the industry.Responsibilities:- Accurately post daily cash receipts.- Review and maintain tenant accounts.- Provide backup support for collections process.- Monitor customer accounts for irregularities.- Take prompt action to resolve customer inquiries.- Maintain high accuracy in all customer credit records.- Regularly update customer records and databases.- Ensure all account information is up-to-date.- Handle any additional responsibilities related to Accounts Receivable as required.For immediate consideration, please contact Robert Half Talen Solutions at 937-###-####Requirements - Applicants must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent educational level.- Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable role is desirable.- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.- Demonstrated experience with Daily Cash Receipts is required.- Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail are essential.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed.- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is a must.- Candidates should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required.- Familiarity with financial regulations is a plus.- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure is essential.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
