Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk

Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for accounts receivable duties including invoicing and collections. This is a part-time 20 hour per week position that will report to the office (this is not a remote position). Specifically, the Accounts Receivable Clerk will perform the following:

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Invoicing
• Following up on outstanding and past due receivables.
• Track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for invoicing, refund, replacement or credit.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve workflows and processes.
• Keep procedures current.
• Help identify solutions for recurring issues.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Minimum of 1 year data entry and accounts receivable experience
• Adept on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in QBO
• Highly organized approach to work with a focus on precision and accuracy
