We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our client's team ASAP. This position performs duties and functions related to the handling of incoming mail, calling clients for payment information of unidentified checks, and other duties. The Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Duties will include:
- Handling incoming mail
- Calling clients for payment information
- Barcoding checks to make ready for processing
- Scanning checks that are entered in the system
- Ordering supplies for the C/R department
- Answering queries related to checks
