Job Description:

The Revenue Accounting Coordinator is responsible for processing and disputing refunds associated with Darden's first party delivery program. This individual will apply guidelines and good judgement to address a high-volume queue of disputes. Refunds should be recorded timely to the respective restaurant P&L's. Opportunities identified to minimize lost recovery to Darden should be communicated timely to direct supervisor salary: $24.5 - $27 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities -Process first party delivery refunds and disputes in a timely manner to minimize the financial impact to Darden -Work with various internal departments and external parties to address refund and dispute issues -Prepare journal entries and ensure financial transactions are recorded properly; assist with reconciling payments as requested -Prepare account reconciliations including the first party delivery receivable account; research and resolve variances -Provide prompt assistance and resolution on first party delivery payment and refund questions and communicate with the restaurants and team members -Monitor and report on results produced by the delivery refund automation process -Assist with audit requests and communicate effectively with internal and external auditors -Work with management to ensure an adequate control environment over systems and processes -Research information needed to support ad hoc requests / special projects -Cross-train with team members to provide better coverage during absences or peak periods The essential functions of this role include:
