Your responsibilities include customer service, bookkeeping, and account maintenance for Rainbow International. You are expected to convey a professional company image through both in-person and phone interactions, while collaboratively managing a variety of situations on a daily basis.This role involves a high level of follow-up on residential and commercial accounts, grounded in exceptional customer service, with the overarching goal of maintaining an established customer base and collecting on accounts.
