Job Responsibilities & Description for AR/CSR
- Exceptional people skills
- Process payments either in person for by mail
- Data entry
- Provides back up to different departments
- Cash handling
- Sets up for daily cash handling work
- Responds to calls, emails, and potential complaints daily
- Checks discrepancies using computerized billing system
- Assure accurate daily reconciliations through cash and computerized system
- Assure debt recovery through process of insufficiently funded checks
Job Requirements for AR/CSR:
- Ability to speak Spanish (Highly Recommended)
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to perform basic match skills including addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- Must thrive in high stress setting
- Work in fast paced environment
- Strong multi tasking ability
- Ability to be a team player and work collaboratively with others
- Maintain records
- Strong customer service skills and be customer focused
- Must provide an excellent customer experience
- 1 year experience operating computerized collections
- 2 years experience in receipt and disbursement of cash
- High school diploma/ GED
