- Manage Office
- Implement and maintain office administration
- Assist customers
- Count, balance and receive parts and service cash, checks and charges.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
- Deposit daily checks
- Close all bank deposits by the end of the day
- Print and verify deposit reports
- File checks that have been deposited
- Receive customer cash
- Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
- Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers
- Experience with credit analysis and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of coding and account coding structures
