Our client is talent to complete multiple functions in accounts receivable for medium sized company for an onsite role. Company is seeking a motivated individual that has phenomenal communication skills working with internal and external individuals as well as an all around team player. salary: $23 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Post payments on cash received from checks

+ Process credit card payments received via phone

+ Apply ACH and Wire payments to correct vendor account and bills

+ Research any invoice discrepancies by working with other internal departments and vendors and follow up with vendor to address discrepancies; update notes in system of record

+ Collect on past due invoices that are up to 30 days old

+ Pull aging report and provide and discuss with leadership weekly

+ Freeze credit when warranted (and unfreeze) on past due accounts and escalate payment concerns when waranted

+ Negotiate payment terms with vendors per company policies
