Job Description The AR-AP Coordinator will provide accurate, timely, and accessible financial information that will allow the team to make well-informed financial decisions to support the business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Job Responsibilities AR:Daily processing of all customer invoicesAccurate application of all payments received (Cash, Check, ACH, CC)Credit card processing.Monthly customer statementsCollection calls for past due amountsAP:Reconciliation of received purchase orders to vendor invoices.Processing of all vendor invoices into AP systemNew vendor setupsMonth End Reconciliation for accrualsVendor Statement reconciliationAdministrative:Payroll support for weekly processingCustomer service support for ordering taking and customer reviewInventory Reconciliation assistanceGeneral office duties (supply ordering, filing, etc.)**Additional duties may be required according to business needs.Ideal Candidates:Must have previous experience acting as liaison with internal departments, as well as external clientsOutstanding ability to execute multiple projects and assignments without error, but with high attention to detailHelp cultivate an environment of continuous improvementStrong computer, verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues as well as various levels of leadershipQualifications High School Diploma required.
