We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist.As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection, and reconciliation of outstanding balances.   • Review PACCAR reports daily for rejected invoices. Follow up with appropriate managers for corrections regarding rejection.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Make necessary corrections on rejected invoices and resubmit.
  • Working with other departments to resolve billing issues or disputes
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Track PACCAR invoices for approvals, denials and payment status.
  • Update customer accounts with necessary information.
  • Make daily collections calls starting with the oldest outstanding invoices with a minimum of 25 different customers for the week.
  • Posting Daily cash board, ACH and credit payments from previous day.
  • Manage and review credit hold.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: Sorting daily mail, mailing customer statements, credit balance management.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Prior accounts receivable experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
