Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay: $22.00-$24.14/hour | Based on Experience

Duration: 6-week contract | Potential to Extend

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: Onsite - Mountain Lake, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to collect past due accounts receivable.
• Transact payments in SAP B1 ERP system.
• Support and develop internal control processes and procedures.
• Analyze complex financial reports and records.
• Establish the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience with Receivables, Collections and Customer Service
• SAP B1 experience
• Account analyzing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, team player and goal oriented
• Meticulous and compliant

Education:

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Accounting
