- Invoicing: Reviewing and submitting invoices to clients based on specific customer requirements.
- Customer Service: Handling inquiries and resolving billing disputes. Identifying and resolving discrepancies between the company/client records. Maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing timely and professional service.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Working closely with management, sales, and other departments to ensure accurate billing and/or invoice issue resolutions.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status for management.
- Collections: Following up with clients on past due invoices and credits on account.
- Audit Support: Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
QualificationsRequired Qualification(s)
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Able to meet NVIs Drug and Alcohol Policies
- Required to pass FBI and MVR background check
Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Degree from an accredited university
- Previous experience in a similar occupation
