We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team! If you have retail portal experience, excel at problem-solving, thrive on tackling complex accounting tasks, and are passionate about driving efficiency, we want to hear from you! Your Impact:
- Manage A/R collections and reduce delinquency rates for assigned accounts.
- Conduct A/R aging analysis and reconcile customer accounts.
- Handle chargebacks, rebates, and billing disputes.
- Develop metrics to track and resolve customer deductions.
- Improve processes and enhance system capabilities for better accuracy and automation.
- Provide insightful financial analytics and reporting to management.
- Support audits related to Accounts Receivable.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
- 1+ years Experience with vendor/retail portals like Walmart's Retail Link, Costco's BPM, and Amazon.
- Strong business communication skills and a strategic mindset.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience.
- Bonus: Experience in the import/export business and bilingual skills in Chinese!
