- Collect payments: Posting payments from customers, including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Follow up with customers: Contacting customers with overdue payments and providing reminders of upcoming payments
- Maintain records: Updating customer files, microfilming invoices, and maintaining invoice accounts
- Prepare reports: Generating financial statements and reports that analyze accounts receivable status, aging, and collection performance
- Resolve discrepancies: Investigating and resolving billing disputes or discrepancies
- Manage credit limits: Assessing and managing customer credit limits and terms based on payment history and financial stability
- Provide administrative support
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in Accounts Receivable
- MUST have experience with Sage Intacct software
- Experience using MS Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks
