Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Salary: $50,000 Job Performed: Office location in Cadillac, MI Requirements
- Work closely with colleagues on daily basis for all aspects of accounting/company financials
- Checking the accuracy of day-to-day transactions and recording the same in the general accounting software.
- Manage and perform all functions of progress billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, for install projects.
- All aspects of construction accounting - Waivers - Liens - Notices
- Understanding the current processes and look for ways to improve and create better, more efficient processes.
- Light administrative duties
- Greet Customers
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
