Client Overview:Our client is a large and rapidly growing organization in the retail and logistics space looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This company is looking for an experienced professional who can work on a team just as effectively as they can work independently. Experience of at least 2 - 3 years is a plus. Salary/Hourly Rate:$24/hr - $26/hr Position Overview:Applicants for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Past high-volume A/R experience is a must with a strong emphasis on chargebacks and working through discrepancies. Customer service and client-facing experience is a plus. Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices.
- A/R vendor and client communication/management.
- Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors.
- Updating and reconciling the sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- 2 - 3 years of experience.
Education Requirements:
- Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
