A manufacturing company located in Ballston Spa is looking to bring on an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist! This is a direct hire position! What you need to know
- This is a permanent/direct hire position
- Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Onsite
- Location: Ballston Spa, NY
- Pay: $60,000 starting salary
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Generation: Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Payment Collection: Actively manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring prompt and successful payment collection.
- Client Communication: Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients to address payment inquiries, discrepancies, and payment arrangements.
- Record-Keeping: Keep detailed and organized records of all financial transactions and correspondence related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure all accounts receivables are collected
- Set up new customers and ensure current customer records are accurate
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in SAP is required!
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
