- Process invoices accurately and timely.
- Construction or trades accounts receivable a big plus but not required
- Work with Project Managers to make sure paperwork is accurate
- Communicate with all levels of management and admins
- Work on a finance team
- Good organizations skills
- Monthly meetings to review billing
- Distribute billing info the right people
- Create invoices and get them sent out
- Assist CFO and Accounts Receivable Manager
- Provide administrative backup as necessary.
