DescriptionKing's Command Foods has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Versailles, Ohio location. If you are looking to advance your career, join the KCF Family where you can be a part of providing quality further processed meat products to our customers around the United States.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure accurate aging by applying payments and issuing credits.Create an action plan to recover outstanding payments and contact debtors regarding payment status.Investigate and resolve discrepancies; establish good relationships with customers; update account status and database regularly.Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.Manage and facilitate Promotional and Brokerage payments.Research customers' credit and provide credit suggestions, alert management of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts; comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.Back up for Invoice processing as needed.Other duties as assigned by the Controller and/or Assistant Controller.RequirementsAssociate's degree or High School Diploma/GED.3-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and/or Billing.Strong mathematical skills.Understanding of basic principles of finance and accounting.Superb time management and detail orientation.Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner to achieve collections targets/goals.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
