The ARM Group LLC is actively hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with one of our clients in Ridgeville, SC#Relocation Assistance – Provided#Amazing Sign On Bonus#Actively InterviewingThe Accounts Receivable Specialist responsible for ensuring that vendor invoices are accounted timely and correctly. The vendors are paid promptly, and the vendor accounts are maintained and reconciled periodically. To ensure that statutory provisions with respect to Sales and use tax provisions.Providing timely and accurate financial informationDetailed analysis of the individual line item in monthly financialsIdentifying scope for profit improvement and monitor and report progress.Liaising with banks for daily managementCompliance with applicable laws, customer contracts, and banking covenantsEvaluation and report on post capex implementation – Plan vs ActualPreparation of monthly Flash reportVariance analysis – Plan vs ActualProfit Improvement Projects – Identification and implementationLiaising with bank for DWMTimely processing of Capex / Revex and post capex evaluationGeneral ledger analysisReview of audit schedulesImplement system for monitoring and reporting compliance with statutes and contracts.Liaising with auditors for smooth completion of audit/limited reviewBudgetary control on fixed costsControl capital expenditureReview of general ledger account balancesEducation, Experience and Competencies:Degree in Finance or AccountingKnowledge of US GAAP and banking operationsThrough knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, regulations and rulesPrevious work history in a SAP environmentExperience working in the manufacturing industry, preferably in auto.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Disclaimer:ARM GROUP is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
