Job Summary: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage financial transactions by processing invoices daily. Your role will involve receiving, entering, and coding invoices and working across the business to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily invoices
• Maintain and monitor the aging report
• Provide back up to Accounts Payable
• Process lien waivers and sales & use tax exemptions
• Collaborate with department managers to collect payments timely

Qualifications:

• Associates in Accounting with 2+ years of AR experience

Salary: $45,000 to $55,000
