Job Summary:Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a pivotal role in upholding SunTech Medical's mission to create products and technologies that improve healthcare for all. This role is essential to maintaining the company's financial health and commitment to delivering clinical-grade quality.As a key team member, you will manage customer credit limits, oversee payment collections from domestic and global clients, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams. Your efforts will foster positive client relationships, minimize outstanding balances, and contribute to advancing our mission of improving patient care through innovation and integrity.Primary Responsibilities:Cash Management
  • Oversee accounts receivable and collect payments, ensuring adherence to company policies and payment deadlines.
  • Review and recommend customer credit limits based on credit agency reports and order requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and ensure follow-up and collection on balances over 60 days, both domestically and globally.
Month-End Close and Reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries, complete balance sheet reconciliations, and support monthly reporting.
CRM/ERP Support
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve CRM/ERP issues and drive business improvement initiatives.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with international accounts receivable is a plus.
Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
  • Capable of handling highly confidential information.
  • Strong customer focus, with an emphasis on both internal and external clients.
  • Team-oriented, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to make connections in work tasks, anticipating next steps.
