MobilityPLUS Rehabilitation is an outpatient private practice that was started in 2004 with a goal of providing high quality physical and occupational therapy to the region. We are locally owned and operated by therapists who live in our communities. There are clinics located in Valley City, Lisbon, Gwinner, and Enderlin, ND as well as Hawley, MN. Our Mission is to provide exceptional physical and occupational therapy by highly skilled therapists to minimize pain and maximize mobility that quickly allows you to live the quality of life you desire. We are looking to hire a full-time Care Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Specialist for our company, located in the Valley City office. This position will be 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday day time hours, and includes our benefits package. Benefits can include vacation and sick time, 401K plan with company match, health insurance, dental insurance, and paid holidays.Tasks: These will include, but not be limited to: -Answering Clinic Phone -Inputting Patient Information into Clinical System -Greeting Patients, Checking in, and Scheduling Further Appointments -Performing Insurance Authorization and Reviews -Cleaning and Laundry on Daily Basis -Submitting Insurance Claims -A Variety of Front Desk ResponsibilitiesExperience and Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are of utmost importance to this role. Experience is preferred, though we are willing to train someone with good customer service and a desire to learn. The job requires the individual to have a professional, positive, and personable character. -Excellent Time Management Skills -Ability to Multi-Task -Attention to Detail -Proficiency with Computers, Basic Computer Systems, Willingness to Learn Clinic Based Software -Ability to Interact with Patients, Families, and Staff in a Professional and Friendly MannerPreferred that candidate has a college level degree, preferable with experience in the medical billing, knowledge of medical insurances, and accounts payable. MobilityPlus Rehabilitation is willing to train in this position.
