Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in NEW ALBANY, Indiana. In this role, you'll be overseeing a team that handles customer applications, maintains customer records, and resolves customer inquiries. This position plays a key role in monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action within the industry.Responsibilities:- Oversee a team handling Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks- Implement new policies and procedures for AR management- Collaborate with division Controllers on AR issues- Conduct AR Aging analysis and reporting- Take charge of month-end close responsibilities- Maintain accurate customer credit records- Process customer credit applications efficiently- Handle Electronic Billing and Financial Reporting- Manage AR issues and inquiries, providing solutions as needed- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Requirements - Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.- Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management.- Proven experience in preparing and analyzing Aging Reports.- Experience in conducting Month End Close procedures.- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, with a strong understanding of financial principles.- Experience with Electronic Billing systems.- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor staff members.- Must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
